Ordinances:  

Fire, Health, and other ordinances must be observed. 

It is solely the vendor's responsibility to comply with all applicable codes and unsure they are observed.

Liability: 

The hosting organization, First Baptist Church Needville, will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the vendor's employees, agents, or property.

Please note that this application does not guarantee acceptance.  Vendors will be notificed of acceptance.  After acceptance, payment must be submitted by April 4th, 2026.
